About Us
We are a family-owned business that was started in 1983 with just a couple employees. Today we are still family owned and although we are not large by earthmoving company standards, we do a number of good size projects in the Seattle area. We specializing in complete commercial site work and utilities for large mixed use and multi-family buildings. We are full service when it comes to site-work, and we self-perform almost everything, so we’re fully responsible for the quality and timeliness. We pride ourselves on our work ethics and integrity. Our attitude is, whatever it takes to get the job done on time. This attitude has been key to keeping our relationships with loyal long term customers.
Why Us
We are very hands on owners that take care of all the estimating, planning, and managing ourselves, often from the seat of a machine. Key long term employees also play a huge role in completing the array of daily tasks that Mickelo self performs. All employees carry the same whatever it takes attitude, and take great pride in clean quality work. With either an owner our self, or key employee being onsite daily, we are able to keep good communication and make quick deciions with owners and contractors to keep jobs on schedule.
